RETURN & REFUND POLICY – VALLOR

At VALLOR, every piece is crafted with attention to detail. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
  • Limited edition / drop products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or made-to-order products

3. Exchange Policy
  • We offer size exchanges only (subject to availability)
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued

4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
  1. Email us at vallorhelpdesk@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Clear images/videos (if applicable)
Once approved:
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged or
  • You may be asked to self-ship the product

5. Refunds
  • Refunds are issued only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Refund method:
  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method
  • COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit

6. Store Credit 
In certain cases, we may offer store credit instead of refunds, which:
  • Has no expiry 
  • Can be used on any future purchase

7. Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive:
  • A damaged item
  • Wrong product
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

8. Reverse Shipping Charges
  • Free reverse pickup for defective/wrong items
  • For size exchanges or other returns, as well

9. Cancellations
  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled

10. Important Notes
  • VALLOR reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy
  • Items sent back without approval will not be accepted
